This was my first ever cleanse so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I never saw any worms, and I dug for them, but I’m pretty sure I had some “eggs” from other things. The last 10 days, as we were getting closer to the full moon were very taxing. I was very tired. Emotional. Achy. My right side ached worse than other parts of my body. My bloat is better and I’m hoping that in a few days my energy and emotional stability will return! I’m going to do another one in a few months so I have something to compare it to.

I have felt no negatives in relation to the cleanse. It is very gentle. No pain. Also, no visible worms so perhaps my parasite load was low. I found the food suggestions harder to comply with so I am essentially ignoring those, reasoning that I'm better off doing the Parafy kit than not. PS I'm still waiting to get on Facebook page.

I am almost done worh my 30 day parasite clense, 5 days left. Except for couple of days of mild headache I did not experience any die off symptoms. Cinnabin did constipate me little bit but took two pills of dulcolax to help with reliefe, then back to normal BM. I did not see any tapeworms, liver flukes, nothing gross in my stool, but did not dig in it either. Just hoping I eliminated tons of microscopic parasites. My bloatines still persists but not as bad as it was, my joint pain improved to almost no pain. I will definitely order a set for my daughters and will reapeat in three months myself.

How often should I cleanse?
We recommend cleansing 3-4x a year.

Will I experience any symptoms?
The most common die-off symptoms are flu-like symptoms. Headaches, dizziness, constipation or diarrhea, sore throat, bloating, gas, skin breakouts or a rash, anxiety, depression, irritability, and fatigue are all common die-off symptoms.
Some people experience die-off symptoms right away, others later in their cleanse, and some will not experience them at all.
Do the products expire?
Kits have a 3-year shelf life. Store in a cool and dark place for best results.
